How to Count Out The Song Form:
The Step By Step Method

Start listening to your song and add all the song details.

Select the Time line to open the Time Signature dropdown menu to add the time signature of your song.

Select the Metronome and tap out the tempo using the circle icon which is the 5th gray circle in the dropdown list.

Select the Feel line to open the dropdown list and choose the Feel

Select the Genre line to open the dropdown list and choose the Genre of the song.

Select Start Field line to open the dropdown list and choose who starts the song from dropdown menu.

Select Blue Icon at the bottom of the chart to Show or Hide Sticks Field and choose the kind of sticks from dropdown menu.

Restart your song track and start count out the measures in each song form in realtime.

Selecting the SONG FORM box to open the dropdown menu to choose the correct song form as you listen.

then select the BARS box to open the dropdown menu to count out the measures that are in each song form.

Choose the correct drum patterns that are played in each song form.

Choose these patterns from the Preset Pattern Library or build your own custom patterns using the Notation Editor. Insert pattern into your chart.

Choose from the Drum Instruction dropdown menu to add anything you need to know such as Stops, Fills, Guitar Only, Vocal Only, Cymbals, Drums Only, Lyric Cues so you can play the chart with accuracy.

Use the Insert Figure Library to add notation for pickups or signature fills.
