1. How to Share a Chart and A Setlist

  1. From the dashboard select the chart or setlist icon at the bottom of the page and open the  librarys.
  2. Search the chart or setlist you would like to share and select the square icon in the chart card.

    This opens the share interface.

2. Choose the Share Type from Dropdown menus

Shared - Read Only

Recipients can view this chart in their library but can't make changes.

Shared - Editable

Recipients can view and edit this chart. Everyone shares the same copy, so edits stay in sync.

Unshared - Copy

Recipients get their own independent copy to edit. It is not linked to your original.

3. Choose Share a Link or Invite By Email to send to recipient

Multi-use link

Choose this link option so the chart or setlist link is active until the link expires that is set by you. Choose Set an expiry date to open a calendar to choose that date.

One-time link

Choose One-time link to the link expires after the first person opens it.

Set an expiry date

Select this box to open the a calendar to choose the expiration date.

NOTE:
The recipient does not have to have an account but will have to create a free account on Drum Chart Builder to see the chart.

4. Invite by Email

Enter recipients email address

Add the recipients email in the invite user text box

Select Blue Icon

Select the blue icon to add the recipients email address to your saved email list for future use.

Send Invite

Select the button, SEND INVITES to send the shared chart or setlist to the recipients.

To Share a Chart With a Recipient that has a Drum Chart Builder Account.

  1. The email received will have a chart link to click to view the shared chart.
  2. The recipient simply selects the share link. This link opens the share chart blue link.

  1. Select the blue link and the shared chart will be in the chart recipients account.

If The Recipient Does Not Have an Account

  1. The recipient will receive an email with a share link.
  2. The recipient simply selects the share link. This link opens the share chart blue link. Once they select the blue bar link it opens Drum Chart Builder where they can create a free account
6 Share chart start new email account

There is no cost to view these shared charts, but you must create a free account on Drum Chart Builder. Creating an account is quick and simple!

Once they open an account the chart will be in their chart library.
